Scallop Meat 100g | Green Onions 4 stalks |

Recipe for Fresh, Fragrant, and Spicy Large Scallops

Step 1
Clean the scallop meat and pat it dry
Step 2
Divide the green onions into white and green parts, and chop them separately

Chop the bird’s eye chilies
Step 4
Clean the mushrooms and cut one into 4 pieces
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients (minced garlic, bird’s eye chilies, white part of green onions) when the oil is hot, then add and stir-fry the mushrooms (different from the image, add mushrooms first), stir-fry the mushrooms evenly, add the large scallop pieces and stir-fry briefly, then turn off the heat, cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
