How to Make Scallion Edamame

Prepare all the ingredients.

Remove the outer shell of the edamame beans and set aside the tender green beans. Wash the scallions and chop them into pieces (separate the white and green parts).

Bring a pot of water with a small spoon of salt to a boil, blanch the edamame beans for 1-2 minutes, then remove and drain.
