Recipe for Farmhouse Stir-Fried Pork

Step 1
Cut the green and red chili peppers diagonally, cut the garlic diagonally, and split the garlic cloves in half for later use.

Slice the pork tenderloin, marinate with dark soy sauce, salt, and a little peanut oil.

Soak the pig liver slices in cold water, rinse and pat dry, then marinate with black pepper, dark soy sauce, a little starch, and peanut oil.
