Method for Garlic White Meat

Step 1
Boil the pork belly with ginger and green onion in water for about 30 minutes until a chopstick can easily pierce through. Then remove and let it cool.
Step 2
Use a peeler to slice the cucumber thinly and arrange it at the bottom of the plate.
Step 3
In a bowl, add crushed red pepper, Sichuan peppercorn powder, white sesame seeds, five-spice powder, then pour hot oil to release the fragrance.
Step 4
Crush some garlic and mix with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken bouillon, chili oil, a little salt, a bit of the pork cooking broth, and the oil from the chili and Sichuan peppercorn mixture.
Step 5
Slice the pork belly thinly and arrange on top of the cucumber slices.
Step 6
Drizzle with the seasoned oil mixture, sprinkle some chopped green onions, and it’s ready to serve.
