European pork belly 200g | Corn kernels 50g |

Soy sauce to taste | Cooking wine to taste |

Steps to Make European Pork Patty Steamed Egg

Step 1
Cut the European pork belly into pieces, put in a food processor, blend into minced meat, set aside
Step 2
Peel 50g of Chinese yam, cut 50g of corn kernels, cut the green onion into small pieces
Step 3
Add 10ml of cooking wine, 3ml of oyster sauce, 10g of sweet potato starch, 1g of salt, 50g of Chinese yam paste, and 50g of corn kernels to the minced meat
