Tofu 1 small piece | Salted Duck Egg Yolk or sauce |
Chinese Broccoli stems | Spring Onion several |

Steps to Make Egg Yolk Tofu Fried Rice

Step 1
Heat a pan with some oil, cut tofu into cubes according to rice quantity and personal preference

When the bottom layer is browned, flip it over and pour beaten egg around
Step 3
Make a cavity in the middle, add a salted duck egg yolk for flavor enhancement

Break up and spread the remaining rice, sprinkle some water, cover and cook for a few seconds to warm up

Uncover, stir evenly, add Chinese broccoli stems, light soy sauce, salt to adjust color and flavor

Mix well, sprinkle with chopped spring onions, remove from heat, taste cautiously to avoid burns
