Ingredients for Egg Yolk Tofu Fried Rice

Cooked Rice 1/2 bowl Egg 1
Tofu 1 small piece Salted Duck Egg Yolk or sauce
Chinese Broccoli stems Spring Onion several
Light Soy Sauce as needed Oil of your choice

Steps to Make Egg Yolk Tofu Fried Rice

Heat a pan with some oil, cut tofu into cubes according to rice quantity and personal preference

When the bottom layer is browned, flip it over and pour beaten egg around
