Instructions for Egg and Loofah Soup

Step 1
Cut the loofah into chunks, beat the eggs, and chop the spring onions and goji berries for later use.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs, fry slightly, then let it cool for later use.

Quickly stir-fry the loofah with some lard until slightly softened.
Step 4
Pour in the previously fried eggs, mix well.

Add enough water to cover the loofah, bring to a boil over high heat.
