Cream Cheese 250g | Caster Sugar 60g |
Cornstarch 15g | Eggs 3 |
Instructions for Earl Grey Tea Yogurt Basque

Step 1
Mix cream cheese with caster sugar and Earl Grey tea bag over hot water until smooth.
Step 2
Mix until cheese is smooth with no obvious lumps.
Step 3
Add 0% yogurt and mix well.
Step 4
Add eggs and mix well.
Step 5
Add cornstarch and mix well.
Step 6
Sift twice to get a smooth batter.
Step 7
Pour into a greased mold (fits a 6-inch mold perfectly).
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes (adjust according to your oven’s temperature).
