Glutinous Rice Flour 400g | Sugar 55g |

Steps to Make Salted Green Tuan

Step 1
Use boiling water to scald wheat starch, add oil from the recipe, knead well
Step 2
Mix glutinous rice flour, white sugar, green juice, and the scalded dough, knead into a dough
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Here, it is stir-fried minced pork mixed with diced bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and shepherd’s purse. Season according to your taste, stir-fry without adding water.

Wrap the green tuan
Step 5
Steam for 15 minutes in a steamer. When cooled, it is still chewy and not hard. You can wrap it in plastic wrap for storage and reheat before consumption.
