Ingredients for Dry-fried French Beans
French Beans 500g | Pork Mince 100g |
Grandma’s Hometown Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil 40g (actually used 20g) | Minced Garlic 10g |
Fermented Black Beans 10g | Small Chilies 10g |
Salt 2g | Light Soy Sauce 15g |
Dark Soy Sauce 3g |
Recipe for Dry-fried French Beans

Step 1
Prepare ingredients: Remove old stems from the French beans, cut into 7-8 cm long pieces, drain water; chop garlic, slice small chilies
Step 2
Pour Grandma’s Hometown Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil into a frying pan, use more oil than usual for stir-frying
Step 3
Add French beans to the pan, sprinkle a little salt and stir-fry, heat over medium heat, stir occasionally to evenly heat the French beans
Step 4
Fry the French beans until wrinkled; there are differences in thickness, remove the wrinkled ones first
Step 5
Leave some oil in the pan, stir-fry the minced meat until changed color, add fermented black beans, small chilies, minced garlic and stir-fry for a bit
Step 6
Add the French beans, sprinkle salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir well over low heat, and serve
Step 7
Delicious and tender, perfect with rice
