Delicious low-fat meal I Three-color chicken rice.

Ingredients for Three-Colored Chicken Rice

Chicken thigh, diced 200g Eggs 2
Spinach a handful #Marinated Chicken
Cooking wine 1 tbsp Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper a pinch
Ginger, shredded a little #Sauce
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Zero-calorie sugar 1 tbsp
Water as needed

Instructions for Three-Colored Chicken Rice

Prepare all the ingredients. ❶ You can use chicken breast, but it won’t be as tender and crispy. ❷ You can buy pre-diced chicken thighs for convenience. ❸ Remove skin and bones from chicken thighs, then dice.

Prepare the sauce: 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp zero-calorie sugar + water as needed, mix well and set aside.

Marinate the chicken: Dice the chicken thighs, add 1 tbsp cooking wine + 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + a pinch of crushed black pepper + shredded ginger, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
