Instructions for Three-Colored Chicken Rice

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. ❶ You can use chicken breast, but it won’t be as tender and crispy. ❷ You can buy pre-diced chicken thighs for convenience. ❸ Remove skin and bones from chicken thighs, then dice.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp zero-calorie sugar + water as needed, mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Marinate the chicken: Dice the chicken thighs, add 1 tbsp cooking wine + 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + a pinch of crushed black pepper + shredded ginger, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.(Continues with Steps 4 to 12 as provided in the original text)
