Red Dates 100g | Brown Sugar 50g |
Eggs (Approximately 125g with Shell) 3 | Low-Gluten Flour 100g |
Baking Powder 3g | Baking Soda 2g |

Recipe for Jujube Cake

Step 1
Boil brown sugar and crushed red dates with a small amount of water till it reaches the state in the picture
Step 2
Mix eggs and 100g corn oil thoroughly
Step 3
Add the mixture of red dates and brown sugar, and mix well
Step 4
Sift in the flour and mix well
Step 5
Put into a mold, preheat the oven to 150℃, and bake for about 25 minutes
Step 6
Let it cool and then remove from the mold
