Steps to Make Onion Pork Curry Potato Shrimp

Step 1
Heat the oil, add the potatoes according to personal preference and appetite (red or yellow skin potatoes are both fine)
Step 2
Pan-fry on low heat until golden brown, flip it over, move to the side, and add some sweet onions for flavor
Step 3
After a light fry, add a bowl of water and some dried shrimp (no problem with different types of dried seafood)
Step 4
Optionally add some lean and fat pork, chicken or beef, cover and cook until the potatoes and meat are tender, then simmer the dried shrimp until soft (small cubes take less than ten minutes)
Step 5
Open the cover, add curry block and curry powder for color and flavor, if unsure about the amount, gently mix and let it dissolve over low heat
Step 6
Taste the potatoes carefully to avoid burning, add any missing ingredients if needed, confirm no major issues, then turn off the heat and serve as desired
Step 7
All done, see you tomorrow~
