Carrot Half Root Wood Ear Fungus Proper Amount
Salt Proper Amount Oyster Sauce Proper Amount

Wash and slice the cucumber, carrot, Chinese yam, and soak the wood ear fungus in hot water for later use.

Heat the wok with oil, stir-fry the carrot until soft.
