Steps to Make Cucumber Yam Slices

Step 1
Wash and slice the cucumber, carrot, Chinese yam, and soak the wood ear fungus in hot water for later use.
Step 2
Heat the wok with oil, stir-fry the carrot until soft.
Step 3
Add the slices of Chinese yam (recommended to blanch first) and stir-fry for a while.
Step 4
Add the cucumber slices and stir-fry evenly.
Step 5
Add the wood ear fungus, some oyster sauce, and salt. Stir-fry evenly.
Step 6
Serve on a plate.
