Instructions for Cold Mixed Pea Shoots

Step 1
Soak pea shoots in salted water for 10 minutes

Finely chop bell pepper

Chop spring onion and garlic finely
Step 4
Boil water, add a small amount of oil and salt, blanch the pea shoots

Blanch the bell pepper in hot water for a few seconds
