Ingredients for Cold Mixed Endive

Endive 1 bundle Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
White Vinegar 1 tbsp Sichuan Peppercorn Oil 1 tbsp
White Sugar 1/2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp
Sesame Paste 1.2 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp Five Spice Powder 1/2 tbsp
Carrot 3g

Steps to Make Cold Mixed Endive

Step 1

Mix sesame paste with sesame oil (ratio 6:4).
Step 2 for Cold Mixed Endive

Step 2

Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, black pepper powder, five spice powder, white vinegar, and Sichuan peppercorn oil.

Step 3

Wash the endive.
Step 4 for Cold Mixed Endive

Mix the endive and carrot with the mixed sauce, stir evenly (you can add chili oil according to your taste).
