Steps to Make Coffee Flavored Cake

Step 1
Boil 70g of coffee, add 30g of oil, and mix with 10g of cake flour
Step 2
Gradually add 70g of low-gluten flour, then mix in 4 egg yolks
Step 3
Whip egg whites: add a few drops of lemon juice, gradually add white sugar, whip until it forms soft peaks

Combine the two mixtures in three parts, gently mix without stirring in circles
