Instructions for Cocoa Soft European Bread

Step 1
Add all dough ingredients into a stand mixer (except butter), once formed add butter using the folding method.
Step 2
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
Step 3
Divide into 6 portions, let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 4
After stuffing, let it rise until it doubles in size, sprinkle some flour on the surface.
Step 5
Use a bread knife to make shapes, bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
