Recipe for Clear Soup Noodles

Step 1
Gently place the eggs in warm water to prevent them from cracking due to high water temperature. Once the egg whites are set, cook the eggs over high heat, then remove and set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, add a suitable amount of cooking oil, soy sauce, salt, and mushrooms, mix well.
Step 3
Pour a suitable amount of soup into the bowl to further dilute the seasonings.
Step 4
Cook the noodles in the same pot of water until they are fully cooked.
Step 5
Remove the cooked noodles and place them in the bowl with the prepared seasoning, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Step 6
Finally, place the cooked eggs on top of the noodles and enjoy.
