Knife-Cut Noodles Recipe

Step 1
Saute the hot pot base ingredients including onion, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns
Step 2
Add water
Step 3
Add chicken bouillon, MSG, sugar, and oyster sauce
Step 4
Add the vegetables and knife-cut noodles, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. It is recommended to cook the knife-cut noodles directly in the pot, otherwise, it may end up like in the video

Add vinegar

Serve hot
