Ingredients for Clam Chicken
Free-range Chicken Thigh 1 piece | Clams as needed |
Salt as needed | Light Soy Sauce as needed |
Cooking Wine 2 tbsp | Water 2 bowls |
Spring Onion as needed | Celery as needed |
Steps to Make Clam Chicken

Step 1
Remove bones from chicken thigh and cut into pieces, marinate with salt for half an hour. (If there is meat left on the bones, cook them together!)
Step 2
Wash celery and cut into sections.
Step 3
Soak clams in salt water to remove sand, wash and drain.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken.
Step 5
Add clams and stir-fry until they open.
Step 6
Add water, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, cover and cook.
Step 7
Sprinkle with spring onion.
Step 8
Sprinkle with celery, cook until done and serve.
