Ingredients for Clam Chicken

Free-range Chicken Thigh 1 piece Clams as needed
Salt as needed Light Soy Sauce as needed
Cooking Wine 2 tbsp Water 2 bowls
Spring Onion as needed Celery as needed

Steps to Make Clam Chicken

Step 1

Remove bones from chicken thigh and cut into pieces, marinate with salt for half an hour. (If there is meat left on the bones, cook them together!)

Wash celery and cut into sections.

Soak clams in salt water to remove sand, wash and drain.
