Recipe for Chicken Wing Pot

Step 1
Rinse the chicken wings and blanch them (put them in a pot of cold water with cooking wine and green onions), cut the potato and carrot into large chunks, cut the green pepper, shred the onion, wash the baby bok choy, cut the small chili, cut the dried chili, and set aside the beer.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce in advance: 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of Pixian doubanjiang, and half a spoon of salt. Set aside.
