Recipe for Chicken Soup Oden

Step 1
1. For making Chicken Soup Oden, choose the Mrs. Le’s Soup of Fresh Scallop Chicken Soup Base Seasoning.
Step 2
2. Oden is very accommodating in terms of ingredients. You can add your favorites. I used some common Oden ingredients like white radish, eggs, and various fish balls.

3. Boil the white radish and eggs in cold water until cooked.
Step 4
4. Remove and set aside after cooking, then peel the eggs.
Step 5
5. For making Oden, use the quantity of two bags.
Step 6
6. Add 700g of water.
Step 7
7. Stir well to complete the Oden soup base.

8. Add the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.

9. Serve in a bowl, scoop some soup, and sprinkle with chopped parsley or sesame seeds.
