Recipe for Celery and Bean Curd Skin Stir-Fry

Step 1
Wash the celery and cut it into evenly sized pieces.
Step 2
Cut the pre-soaked bean curd skin into pieces.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and dried chili and set aside.
Step 4
Boil water in a pot and blanch the celery.
Step 5
Blanch the bean curd skin as well.
Step 6
Heat the cooking oil in a hot pan.

Add the onion, garlic, and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the celery and stir-fry until well coated.
