Cauliflower with sliced meat

Ingredients for Cauliflower with Pork Slices

Organic Cauliflower Some Green and Red Peppers 1 of each
Green Onions Some Ginger Some
Garlic 5 cloves Light Soy Sauce 1 spoon
Salt Some Chicken Essence 1 spoon
Thirteen Spices 1 spoon Cooking Oil Some

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash and soak in salt water for a while

Blanch the soaked cauliflower in a pot

Remove and set aside the blanched cauliflower

Heat oil in a pan, add pork slices and stir fry until fragrant
