The soulful gravy is made with the Tai Tai Le series, using Tai Tai Le original fresh premium soy sauce, Tai Tai Le chicken essence seasoning, and Tai Tai Le abalone sauce oyster sauce to infuse the dish with a soulful umami flavor. Using selected soybeans, wheat, and corn, the triple umami extracted significantly enhances the richness of the dish’s texture.
