Instructions for Carrot and Spinach Stir-Fry

Step 1
Prepare 1 bunch of spinach, 1 carrot, 1 piece of ginger, and 1 piece of garlic for later use.
Step 2
Wash the spinach thoroughly. Then bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the spinach in the boiling water (blanching with a little oil and salt, rolling in the boiling water, makes it easier to retain nutrients), and then cut into small pieces.

Clean and shred the carrot.
