Recipe for Caramel Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings

Step 1
Prepare the chicken wings and Lee Kum Kee Reduced Salt Oyster Sauce.
Step 2
After washing the chicken wings, cut them in half for better flavor and faster cooking.

Marinate the prepared chicken wings with cooking wine, ginger slices, and ground pepper for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.

Once fully cooked, remove the chicken wings and set aside.

Leave some oil in the pan, add rock sugar, stir until caramelized, then add minced garlic and Lee Kum Kee Reduced Salt Oyster Sauce, stir quickly to combine.

Add the fried chicken wings and stir-fry evenly.
