Step 1
Mix the egg and white sugar, then add melted butter (20g), followed by glutinous rice flour, milk powder, and milk. Stir well and pour into a mold.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, bake for 35 minutes (depending on your oven), until the surface is golden brown.
Step 3
After 20 minutes, when the bottom is browning quickly, move to the middle shelf and continue baking for 15 minutes before removing from the oven.
