Method for Garlic Butter Roasted Potatoes

Step 1
Wash the potatoes, do not peel, cut into thick slices, make some cuts on the surface, steam in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes;
Step 2
Peel 10 cloves of garlic and place them in a foil-lined baking pan, sprinkle 1 gram of black pepper powder, pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil, wrap in foil (as shown in the picture), bake in the oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes;
Step 3
Remove the roasted garlic, place it in a bowl with 7 grams of butter, let the residual heat melt the butter, crush the garlic with a spoon, add 1 gram of salt and a little rosemary, mix well;
Step 4
After steaming the potatoes, remove them and place them in a baking pan, spread the garlic sauce on top, bake in the oven at 220℃ for 20 minutes;
Step 5
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a little chopped spring onion and serve.
