Light soy sauce 1 spoon Oyster sauce 1 spoon

Step 1

Cut the tofu into blocks. I use a spoon to scoop out block shapes.

Brush oil on the tofu, bake at 180℃ for 3-5 minutes, flip and bake for a while longer.
