Braised Tofu

Ingredients for Braised Tofu

Firm Tofu 1 block Bell Pepper 2 pieces
Cooking Wine Appropriate amount Light Soy Sauce Appropriate amount
Dark Soy Sauce Appropriate amount Cooking Oil Appropriate amount

Steps to Make Braised Tofu

Wash the tofu, clean the bell peppers, and set aside

Finely chop the bell peppers and set aside
