Braised stingray

Ingredients for Braised Skates

Skate 500g Ginger 2-3 slices
Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt 2g Sugar 5g
Xiang Xiaozha Rapeseed Oil 10g

Clean and cut the skate into pieces
