How to Make Oil-braised Bamboo Shoots

Step 1
Peel the bamboo shoots, remove the old roots, and wash them clean
Step 2
Cut into thick strips
Step 3
Boil in cold water, cook for 2 minutes after the water boils, remove the oxalic acid, drain the water
Step 4
Heat the wok slightly, add Grandma’s Hometown Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil, use more oil than usual when stir-frying
Step 5
Add the bamboo shoots, stir-fry over medium heat
Step 6
Stir-fry until the surface is slightly browned and slightly wrinkled; pour out the excess oil
Step 7
Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then plate and serve

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions for decoration
