Recipe for Braised Spare Ribs with Preserved Vegetables

Step 1
Ingredients: Spare Ribs, Preserved Vegetables, Spring Onion, Ginger, Garlic

Soak the preserved vegetables in warm water, wash and squeeze out excess water

Finely chop garlic and ginger, squeeze out the preserved vegetables, wash the spare ribs

Pan-fry the spare ribs until slightly browned on both sides, set aside

In a pan, fry garlic and ginger until golden, then add preserved vegetables and spare ribs, stir-fry until fragrant

Add one tablespoon of oyster sauce, a large circle of soy sauce, a pinch of salt and monosodium glutamate, pour in enough boiling water to cover the spare ribs
