Recipe for Stewed Fish Pieces

Step 1
Clean a large fish, cut into six pieces, rinse one piece in cold water and drain, then cut the fish body for better flavor absorption.

Buy red skin scallions online.

Buy solo garlic online.

Marinate fish pieces with salt, cooking wine, and scallions, ginger, and garlic slices for 30 minutes.

Half a broccoli.
