Cooking Wine, Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Salt, Rock Sugar, Cornstarch As needed |
Recipe for Braised Chicken Wings

Step 1
First, cut the chicken wings, marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cornstarch. Cut the potatoes and mushrooms into pieces, and the green pepper into dice. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant, then fry the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides.
Step 2
Add potatoes and mushrooms, stir-fry. Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, rock sugar, and some water. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, adding the green pepper halfway through.
Step 3
Increase heat to reduce the sauce, season with salt before serving.
