Method for Laozhiji Zhichecken Gizzards

Step 1
Add flour to the chicken gizzards, wash away impurities and blood
Step 2
Boil water in a pot, add chicken gizzards, green onion, ginger, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine, salt, simmer for about fifteen minutes, then remove and slice
Step 3
Put coriander, bird’s eye chili, garlic water, crushed peanuts, chili oil, and sesame oil in a bowl
Step 4
Add Selected Laozhiji sauce
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the chicken gizzards
