Chicken gizzards 200g Green onion As needed
Ginger As needed Sichuan peppercorn As needed
Star anise As needed Cinnamon As needed

Method for Laozhiji Zhichecken Gizzards

Add flour to the chicken gizzards, wash away impurities and blood

Boil water in a pot, add chicken gizzards, green onion, ginger, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine, salt, simmer for about fifteen minutes, then remove and slice
