Steps to Make Braised Chicken

Step 1
Cut the spring onion, ginger, shiitake mushrooms, and peppers.
Step 2
Heat the pan, fry the ginger until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the chicken pieces, soybean paste, and spices, stir-fry evenly.
Step 4
Add cooking wine and oyster sauce.
Step 5
Add water.
Step 6
Add shiitake mushrooms.
Step 7
Simmer for 15 minutes.
