Instructions for Braised Sea Bass

Step 1
Place the thoroughly cleaned and sliced sea bass into the pan, fry over medium heat until set.
Step 2
After frying until both sides are golden brown, push to one side, add ginger, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 3
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, and appropriate amount of water.
Step 4
Add appropriate amount of salt, white sugar, white pepper powder, simmer for five minutes.
Step 5
Finally, sprinkle with chopped spring onions and it’s ready to serve!
