Freshly peel fava bean pods

Peel the fava beans from the pod, then remove the outer soft skin, leaving only the tender fava beans. Rinse the dried Boletus edulis with water and soak for 30 minutes, absorbing water and becoming thick and soft, then dice. Slice the green onion

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, put in the fava beans and cook for 1 minute, remove and rinse with cold water, then drain the water
