Cooking Steps for Bluefish

Step 1
These are the ingredients used today, prepare them in advance.

Marinate the bluefish with ginger slices, sea salt, black pepper, and a little soy sauce overnight.

Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the bluefish, a small amount of water, cover the pot, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Boil the golden needle mushroom in water for 1-2 minutes, then add the dressing and serve. (Golden needle mushrooms have a crispy texture and do not stick in the teeth)

I forgot to take a picture of the lettuce soup. When the water boils, add the lettuce and a few dried shrimps, cook for 1 minute, and before serving, add a little sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. The quinoa rice was prepared the night before and is ready to eat in the morning.
