Instructions for Black Truffle Cream Steak

Step 1
Remove the pork skin and cut off the white membrane from the pork belly

Marinate with black pepper

Chop the onion into small dices

Heat some oil in a pan, fry the pork, flip and fry until browned on both sides, then remove.
