Recipe for Beef Noodle Pockets

Step 1
Mix various seasonings with the beef. Stir well for a while to make the meat more elastic, then add flour. I used 1200g of beef and added 600g of flour. The minced meat I bought was relatively dry, so I kneaded it for a while until it was evenly mixed.
