Cooking Steps for Fragrant Beef and Tofu Jelly

Step 1
Slice the beef, add pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce

Add some starch, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes

Prepare a bowl of tofu jelly

Fry the green onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant

Add chili powder and Doubanjiang, fry until fragrant, then add water
