Braised noodles are really delicious.

Cook the beef in advance, reserve the broth overnight, and pour it over the noodles later.

Saute the carrots and snap beans until they change color.

Pour the vegetables into the beef broth, braise for 5 minutes, and then lay fresh noodles on top.

Pour the reserved broth over the noodles, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

After uncovering, shake the noodles to evenly mix the sauce.
