Baozi

Ingredients for Baozi

Dough Ratio ❤️ Flour 500 grams

Fresh Matsutake 1 gram Dark Soy Sauce 1 spoon

Steps to Make Baozi

Put the fatty and lean meat into a meat grinder, beat for 10 seconds (if ground for too long, the meat will turn into a paste, it should have a granular texture)

Fry half of the meat in a pan until cooked, add corn kernels and fry until golden, season with salt and light soy sauce (as needed), then put the fried half of the meat into the meat grinder, add fresh matsutake, a little ginger paste, a little light soy sauce and mix well with the remaining half of raw meat

I used self-rising flour for the dough, let it rise in warm water until doubled in size, knead the dough, wrap it and place in a steamer, steam for 30 minutes after steam is generated, turn off the heat, let it sit for 5 minutes before opening the lid (do not open the lid halfway through)
