Bananas 3 bananas | Lemon Juice 10g |
Mineral Water 30g | Rock Sugar 45g |
Steps to Make Banana Jam

Step 1
Peel and cut 3 bananas into small pieces (approximately 200g)
Step 2
Mash the banana pieces with 10g of lemon juice using a blending stick
Step 3
Pour the banana puree with 30g of mineral water into a non-stick pot
Step 4
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then add 45g of rock sugar and continue to simmer
Step 5
Simmer until thick and transfer to a sterilized, airtight jar. Let cool and then store in the refrigerator
