Step 1
Mix 20g banana sauce, 10g corn oil, and 15g milk together

Sift in 60g low gluten flour and mix into crumbs

Knead the dough without overworking it

Shape the dough into a long strip, freeze in the freezer for 1 hour
Step 5
Remove from freezer and cut into slices about 0.3cm thick
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes
