Steps to Make Asparagus Mushroom Shrimp

Step 1
Marinate the shrimp with black pepper, cooking wine, and a little salt for about ten minutes.
Step 2
Peel the asparagus, cut diagonally, blanch in water with a little salt.
Step 3
Fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add mushroom chunks and stir-fry until they change color.

Add shrimp, red pepper, and yellow pepper, stir-fry briefly.

Same as step before.

Add asparagus, continue stir-frying, add a little water, cook until tender, add seasonings.

Before serving, you can add a little cornstarch water. This is optional, depending on personal preference. Make sure not to add too much, or the appearance of the dish will be affected.
